Following up on this particular proposal:
Rework the 3 slot accommodation to include Players who have played less than 82 NHL games total and to also include players who have played over 246 games, but are not carded in a season, to be eligible for the 3 slot protection.
I used 246 to represent at least 3 full NHL seasons played, whether full or in parts.
The change is to ensure that GM's have the option to allocate a veteran NHL player who may have been injured for a full season, instead of being forced to drop them from their team, or include them in their protection list. A variation of LTIR for us, if you will.

I think you and Mike need to come to a compromise on one of the two options. If we vote on both and both pass then we're in a pickle. Please discuss with one another before the deadline.
