Like last year we are going to discuss and vote on the rules proposals on the boards.
Have your proposal in to me or posted on the board by August 15th. Then I'll put up a poll that we'll vote on. Voting will be completed by August 31 so we can incorporate any changes in the new rulebook and keep the AGM tight.
