I hope he gets a good matrix and a decent range Worst part about this? Linus Ullmark currently has more goals this year than 8 of my players, all of whom have played at least 3 NHL games (combined for a total of 134 NHL games) and have a combined total of 32 points (I'm looking at you Drouin).

He'll have a *3 on the 6-2 and have a 4-12 range, but the opposition goalie can't save.

Nah, something simple like on an EG if you roll a goalie assist, Ullmark has a range to yoink the goal from the shooter.

But it can only happen on an empty net situation, so its more like a breakaway (3-6 goalie can't save), and as it's only a *3, which is a 50-50 chance on just the 6-2, he isn't taking a shot away from a different player.

No need to make a special rule for this.
Let the Ullmark owner (if he's traded) pick one time when the opponent has pulled the goalie to get an EN from Ullmark.

Um, this is all bullshit talk. No one expects a goalie to have anything on his card to actually score an EN goal. At least I hope not....this was just a hypothetical intellectual exercise.

Some of the league like to see the outlier events of the NHL to be demonstrated in our game. I try to discourage some of this because I want to keep the number of rules in check and prefer a streamlined version compared to what we had in the old CHL.
