Early days but given that the NHL is only going to try and play 56 games per team this season, do we think the cut off for rookie eligibility still going to be at 10 games?

1st night of the season and Mike's already thinking rookies.
There will be no change to the system. If we adjust it for this year, there is a future affect to the next rookie season since a number of rookies will join the draft at 7 games instead of 10 games.
The 10 game limit is also significant in the NHL since it burns a contract year. That's more significant because if they want to burn a year they'll play the guy regardless of how many games in the NHL season.
We'll deal with any hit this year and if we don't have enough Rookies, then we'll drop rounds.

Based on the spreadsheet of rookie that was previously sent out, Noah Dobson (NYI) is not eligible (played 34 games in 19-20). Didn't see anyone else who isn't eligible and have not double checked to see if there are any eligibles missing.
