Guess I haven't seen it in the NHL lately but we did use to have an illegal stick call, penalty to the offending team on a 1 in x chance, and otherwise it was a delay of game penalty.
One of the more interesting ways to try to get even back in the day.
Don't think I saw it in the current rules though.
Thoughts?
