Chelsea rolled into Cremona for game 1 of their series
The game was all Titans, a brief appearance of their goons managed to knock Fleury out of the game late in the first paving the way for ex-teammate Demko to go into net. He then obligingly let in 5 more goals, the coach remarked that they were not all his fault as the Daggers usually competent blockers fell across Demko's legs twice in a 6 minutes span causing a normally easy save to elude the goalie. Scheifele managed a consolation goals halfway through the third to break the shut out. Oh, the Cremona goalie was pretty good as well.

For the rematch both teams dressed the same players as the first game so it came as no surprise that early in the first Fleury was once again gooned out of the game bringing in Demko. The Dagger's goaltending was once again sub par but this game the Titans goalie was asleep due the lack of shots and was caught napping twice in the first, the fact that the Titan shooters kept missing the net also didn't help their cause. At the end of the first Cremona had taken 21 shots with only 3 bothering the Chelsea netminder, Chelsea had managed 5 shots in total with both tricky ones finding the back of the net. 2-2 after 1.
2 minutes in to the 2nd ex-Titan Vilardi took a shot that eluded Cremona's goalie to give the Daggers a 3-2 lead even though they had only 6 total shots at this point. Rantinin tied the game and Eichel gave the Titans the lead but at the 14:24 mark Marchesault slipped the puck past Cremona's goalie to tie the game. He taunted the goalie pointing to the scoreboard that showed the Daggers had only mustered 10 shots so far and scored on all the "tricky" ones. The Titans continued to pummel the Daggers with shots but it was 4-4 at the end of 2 with the Titans outshooting the daggers 37 to 13.
24 seconds into the 3rd Cremona took the lead with a shot from RAAAASSSSMMMUUUUSSSS Dahlin. Not wanting to take any chances The Titans then KO'd the 2nd Dagger's player this game sending Miller to the dressing room at the :48 second mark. This riled up the usually sportsmanlike Daggers who exacted their revenge 2 minutes later sending Hughes to the showers after a thundering check. The Titans continued to outshoot the Dagger's but could not find the net. Couture's shot gave The Titans a scare late in the period but the score ended 5-4 Titans.
