Adam has shared his rookie file with us in his post below. Thank you Adam.
You may treat this as the list we will be generating the rookie pool from. However if you see any changes that are required let me know.
I'm feeling pretty pessimistic that Bedard is going to be in the pool. Unless Arron trades me his first rounder. Then I will start feeling optimistic.

Went through the list and the only issues I found are with the Free Agents (18.1.2). Don't find any record of the draft/waiving of:
Fredrik Olofsson
Josh Brown
Michael Carcone
Nathan Walker
Ryan Lomberg
If anyone has any info that supports their inclusion, trot it out. :-) I only checked the Rookie and COVID draft.

Look at the Free Agents tab, under the column 2023 unpicked. I thought those unpicked were out of the league (ineligible). Specifically, if a player wasn't selected as a rookie then that ship had sailed and you didn't get a chance at them again since the rule refers specifically to players who have been "waived" which would require their being drafted and subsequently cut (waived). |

I don’t think that “eligible players who were not drafted get put in the waiver pool” is explicitly mentioned in the rule book, but it is my understanding that they should be, and that they be available in subsequent drafts under the same conditions as Free Agents.
So a player who was in the draft, but was not drafted, is eligible to be drafted in any subsequent year he plays the requisite number of games.
Shouldn’t happen too often now that our drafts are trimmed down.

Is there a plan on the draw for the Rookie pool/lottery? Maybe we can time it with a hockey game or something?

That's a good idea Arron.
My preference would have been to do it after our playoffs, but an excuse to get together to watch a game is better. Let's do something during the Stanley Cup Finals.

Just saw the Finals schedule.
We'll do the rookie pool selection and lottery during Game 1, which is on the 8th.
